It worked!

Wow! The Mobile blog post thing worked!

Route: 4m pace-taper, 2m up, 2m down, road.
Weather: milder than anticipated so far too much clothing worn! (about 12C)

Ran a quickish 2m up and 2m down like last night. Will be nice to vary the training tomorrow when I run with the club.
