7m

Ran a nice hilly 7m trail route this evening up in the Chevin.

Did some weights last night. Will see what effect they have after a few sessions.

Spooky! I was at Aireborough yesterday evening doing an 'induction' to start using the weights - concentrating on upper body (for those poles) and some core exercises. Poles ordered this morning and some hardrocks!
