Ran a very cautious 3 miles tonight just to see what the knee felt like.
Please as there was no sign of any obvious problems. Rest tomorrow then run again on Thursday.
Think the cycling and quad exercises help.
Stressful not running for 9 days when there's SO much training to do. Glad to have run a bit tonight though. Just makes you feel so much better. It's a definite addiction!
