Ran a nice 6m hilly trail run this eveing as the light was fading in preparation for tomorrow'a Harrogate Ringway relay race.
December and the start of January have been the coldest months for a long time in the UK and it has been lovely to be out running in the dry, icy conditions.
Looking forward to tomorrow's event - hope I dob't get lost!
