Run to work

As I live a minute from my work, I don't get the opportunity to run to work, unless I am on a course or something. Today, however, we had our training day in Yeadon, a few miles away and this gave me the chance to run there this morning. Nice way to start the day!

In the evening I also did some running, but slow and ploddy.
